Google Map infinite world
Lately, in the Faculty of Architettura e Società (Politecnico di Milano) started a discussion around the Erasmus Programme. Due to some students requests (presented in the attached document), I wish to give, as done also in a public meeting, my answers. I do believe in communication and in sharing knowledge, but since it does not seam what we have discussed so far it has been perceived, I hope my clarification can be of use for all interested in our faculty but also out side, from colleagues spread around.
Please help to divulgate the commented document.

Following the Research project delivered at MIUR (Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca). The Research Unit New Museography (Luca Basso Peressut, Gennaro Postiglione, Imma Forino, Mariella Brenna) edited a proposal concerning the question to give answer at the diffused presence of emerging memories (ancient but also modern) both in our daily Urban context and in our Cultural Landscape.

Paul Burgstaller and Ursula Faix from bad architects group are currently teaching Urban Design at the University for Business and Technology in Prishtina, Kosova and have invited us (Gennaro Postiglione and Lorenzo Bini) to lead a joined workshop in Prishtina in November. We are therefore inviting students from Politecnico di Milano that might be interested in partecipating to send a brief curriculum and an application – as well as any question or further information – to mail@lablog.org.uk. Our wish is to be able to select around 12 students before the end of September in order to organize the trip to Prishtina with the necessary advance.

Elaborazione di uno o più progetti individuali di recupero “in-utile” di un esistente (ma non per questo tutto vero: potrebbe essere un paesaggio immaginario): le attività ammesse sono quelle esclusivamente di fruizione estetico-estatica, di meraviglia, di curiosità , di desiderio, di paura, ecc.; mai di uso, mai di utilità pratica, ecc. ma senza puntare ad essere monumentali o celebrativi. Piuttosto invece bisogna puntare ad essere partecipativi e coinvolgitivi.
Elaborati finali: SUGGESTIONI (attraverso fotomontaggi, video, ecc., o parole): delivering once a week.

In una realtà globale, complessa, stratificata e in continua evoluzione, gli Interni, come disciplina teorica e come prassi progettuale, stanno subendo profonde trasformazioni. Si tratta di uno scenario variamente articolato e che si relaziona, ancora più che nel passato, con ambiti disciplinari differenti, quali l’antropologia, la sociologia, l’economia, la tecnologia, la comunicazione e le arti.
Riflessioni critiche e teoriche, sperimentazioni applicative ed esperienze didattiche confluiscono in una mappatura dei luoghi e dei temi di ricerca internazionale nel campo degli Interni: è questa l’occasione per un confronto sulla viva attualità e sulle prospettiva future della materia fra studiosi e ricercatori, operanti nei più noti istituti di ricerca e università del mondo.
